Email this story Printable version SXSW put its initial artist schedule together today and more names have hit the list. Counting Crows, Ed Sheeran, Lana Del Rey and Jimmy Cliff are three more acts to add to the SXSW schedule.
SXSW 2012 will feature a keynote address from Bruce Springsteen.
Other acts include The Ting Tings, The Crystal Method, M. Ward, Of Montreal, The Polyphonic Spree, Andrew WK, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Justin Townes Earle and Dan Deacon.
Every year there is a band with a really stupid name. This year SXSW welcomes Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin.
Australian acts got in early with their announcements. One to watch is Damndogs, the new band featuring Chris Cester and Mark Wilson of Jet with Mitch McIvor and Louis Macklin.
SXSW is March 13-18 in Austin, Texas.
